Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the logKeet platform, website, and SDKs. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Account Registration

To access our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your account passwords and integration tokens.
  • Promptly update account information in case of changes.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

2. License & SDK Usage

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Integrate our logging SDKs into your client/server software applications.
  • Access and use the logKeet analytics dashboard for internal business monitoring.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the platform service or frontend codebase.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the services to:

  • Upload or log illegal content, malware, or virus-laden code packets.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our API endpoints or network infrastructure.
  • Circumvent storage, rate limit, or event capture bounds configured for your subscription plan.
  • Scrape or extract database contents without authorization.

4. SLA & Uptime Commitments

  • Availability: We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime rate for our event ingestion API.
  • Maintenance: Planned maintenance that may affect dashboard availability is scheduled during weekends and announced at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Limitation: We are not liable for outages caused by upstream network service providers, force majeure, or cloud infrastructure vendor disruptions.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. If you do not upgrade to a paid plan before the trial ends, your access will be suspended and your data purged after 30 days.
  • Paid Plans: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle. Taxes (such as 18% GST in India) are added where applicable.
  • Refunds: All payments are non-refundable except where required by law or specified in a custom enterprise SLA.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via Dashboard → Settings → Subscription. Upon cancellation, your workspace remains active until the end of the billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, logKeet and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
